LOCATION

My office is located in the Chantel Building

The office is located on the second floor to the left. There is an elevator available in the parking garage and on the first floor.

​

The building is near the intersection of Highway 85 and Bascom Ave, half a mile from Good Samaritan Hospital. The driveway for the building is next to the Bascom Donuts sign.

PARKING

Finding a parking spot can be difficult. Please allow for extra time. You are permitted to park anywhere on the premises including under the building.

ARRIVAL

Please go to Suite 216  which will be on the second floor to the left once you enter the building. On the wall of the waiting room, you will see a row of switches. Find the switch with my name next to it and turn it on. This lets me know that you have arrived and are ready to begin. At our scheduled time, I will come to the lobby and meet you.
